A custom built scheduling app for exhibition staff

Bryter Digital developed a bespoke web app that enables RPC-BPI to manage trade show attendees, accommodation, travel and meals.

Our client, a world leader in agricultural film, exhibits at a number of high-profile annual trade shows throughout the world. Organising and managing staff and customer attendance at the shows was a difficult task – people travelled from different places at different times and had various roles to fulfil. The current admin system based on paper and emails, needed replacing.

Bryter Digital researched ready-made software but came to the conclusion that none had the degree of customisation required to fulfil our client’s requirements. We therefore developed a bespoke progressive web app that enables RPC-BPI to create, store and detail their participation in Global Trade Shows as well as manage attendees, accommodation, travel and meals. The app organises all details an attendee would need to know for attending specific events and displays unique travel and accommodation information for each user.

The project which included a front end design along with an easy to use CMS includes:

– Fully scaleable progressive web app
